Phila Dlamini is one of the founding members of Mpilenhle Recycling, based in Newcastle, KZN. The business has been in operation for ten years, and currently employs 40 people.
He is responsible for marketing, branding and getting the involvement of communities where Mpilenhle operates through educating and promoting the culture and benefits of recycling. He is also responsible for sourcing customers that use Mpilenhle products, and building and maintain good relations with all our customers.
He studied Industrial Psychology at VISTA University; and also completed various courses in Health and Safety management , which have helped him understand efficient production of our products, while promoting health and safety.
Sandile Makhoba is one of the founding members of Mpilenhle Recycling, based in Newcastle, KZN. The business has been in operation for over ten years, and currently employs 40 people.
He is responsible for planning and organizing the collections of recyclable materials; and maintenance of assets for Mpilenhle Recycling. He is also responsible for ensuring efficient collection of recyclable materials and that all equipment is maintained properly.
He holds a Cost & Management Diploma from Wits Technikon, which have helped him understand cost, manage and reduce cost in order to ensure profitability.
